A business unit of New Zealand publishers Learning Media Limited - CWA's award winning team is responsible for conceptualising, developing, managing and hosting leading public sector sites such as the bilingual portal Te Kete Ipurangi - the Online Learning Centre (www.tki.org.nz), the New Zealand Science and Biotechnology learning hubs, (www.biotechlearn.org.nz and www.sciencelearn.org.nz), the national hub to support literacy and numeracy for adults (www.literacyandnumeracyforadults.com), and the quality assured, online world for primary students wickED (www.wicked.org.nz).

The team includes experts in creating and applying standardised metadata to support effective search and discovery, providing distributed content publishing and helpdesk support and training, back end programming, html/css development, accessibility, usability and e-government compliance, testing, digital media production, the interactives and apps design and development.
