Mental Helse Norway have a service called "Hjelpetelefonen". A phone service you can call when you need someone to talk to.

The project was to develop a login based messaging service. An online alternative to "Hjelpetelefonen".

We have developed a complex admin module to reply the messages. With features as; possibility to discuss messages before answering, two levels of authorizing the reply of messages, categorizing messages, saving replies for reuse and countdown of the time for the reply.

It's also developed a very complex system for message statistics. Within this
module Mental Helse can input several parameters, and get a graph as output. This is done for every possible stats for the messages.

The page is valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and have a pure css based layout/design.
