The expected returns are notably the optimization of the external and internal communication all through the Group and its subsidiaries (with their 6.000 employees), time-saving in content information managing and sharing, as also as global uniformization of its visual web communication and identity.

Moreover, Egis Group also disposes of a powerful tailor made module for human ressource management integrated within their eZ publish platform enabling the various HR management teams of all the subsidiaries to publish offers, manage candidate applications, share candidates' information.

A specific mail Job Alert module (linked to eZ newsletter) has also been implemented in order to propose candidates to apply for future job offers to be released according to activity sector, their specific profile or work area... and be automatically noticed whenever an offer fully complying with their specification is published on any of the subsidiary web sites.
