Surrounded by one of earth's oldest landscapes, Jabiru is a pocket of modernity tucked onto a 13 square kilometre lease within the 20,000 square km Kakadu National Park. The Council provides a number of extra services to the people of the Town due the unique nature of being in the middle of a National Park.
