Here are the last meeting minutes for this year, the past two weeks the team worked on the participation model for the community project and it is almost ready to be posted as "request for comments" (RFC), stay tuned!

1/ Participation model around the Community Project
Actions :
- proof-read the content itself (ideally a native speaker)
- add the community-project-related badges
- make simple wire-frames/diagram for explaining the linking and the content structure
- propose this as a blog post (requires some re-purposing - no sub-page for instance)
- gather feedback
